The first stage
in the zonohedral completion of the Platonic Pentagonal Dodecahedron.
Spheres circumscribing
the zonohedra at the umpteenth stage of the zonohedral completion
of the truncated icosahedron.
This is one frame
from an animation in which successive layers of spheres zoom in
from space to join the central mass.
A zonohedral temple,
with a portal onto an infinite plane.
Two partial zonohedral
completions of I forget which two polyhedra of icosahedral symmetry.
A landscape rendering,
showing an area in the Northern Sierra Nevada. The principal canyons
visible are, beginning on the lower right (south) and proceeding
north, the North Fork American, North Fork of the North Fork American,
Bear, Steephollow, South Yuba, and Middle Yuba. A gradient was
imposed upon the landscape such that lower elevations were dark
grey, the highest elevations white. The white peaks are around
7000 to 8000 feet in elevation and include Red Mountain and Grouse
Ridge. This landscape was made by joining several 7.5-minute USGS
DEM quadrangles.
